• Digital business profiles
• Smart business links
• QR code-based sharing
• Online business showcase (services/products)

We do not provide payment gateway services or transaction handling.

2. Account Registration

To use oorbiz, you must:

• Create an account
• Provide accurate business information

You are responsible for maintaining your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide correct and genuine business details
• Use the platform for legal purposes
• Ensure your content does not violate any laws

4. Business Content

You can showcase: Services, Products, Pricing, and Images.

However:

• You are fully responsible for your content
• oorbiz does not verify or guarantee accuracy

5. No Intermediary Role

oorbiz only provides a platform. We are not involved in:

• Customer communication
• Business transactions
• Payments between you and your customers

6. Pricing & Payments

• oorbiz plans are priced at ₹6000 (or as updated)
• Payment is required to activate your business profile

7. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once your business profile is created and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. QR Code & Link Usage

Users can:

• Share their business link anywhere
• Generate and print QR codes

oorbiz is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized sharing.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Upload misleading or false content
• Share harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in harmful or illegal activities

11. Limitation of Liability

oorbiz is not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Customer disputes
• Miscommunication between users and customers
• Any damages arising from use of the platform

12. Service Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
