Frequently asked questions

Do I need a special POS machine?

No. It runs in the browser or app on an Android phone, iPhone, tablet or computer you already have.

Which thermal printers work?

Any 58mm (2-inch) or 80mm (3-inch) thermal printer over USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Normal A4 printers work for full invoices.

What happens when the internet goes down?

You keep billing. Bills are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.

Does it support GST?

Yes. You can add your GSTIN, customer GSTIN and HSN or SAC codes, and invoices calculate CGST and SGST or IGST. Sales can be exported to Excel for your accountant.

Can a cashier delete a bill or change a price?

Not without the owner PIN. Staff roles control who can do what, and each change is recorded in an activity log.

How does the free trial work?
